Now a days Dubai is trying to dominate the dessert, but it is losing this battle.

 Our Project for Dubai City is a progressive proposal, the adaptation against the domination.

How to improve the City in an evolutive way?

Creating a living city that integrates its population, that is recovering its culture, and redrawing its relationship with the environment and the landscape.

We took as objective situations the no identity of actual the City, but also the evocative of his legacy, closed to the live in the sea as fisherman pearls, and with their Nomad live in the desert, people who knows and respects  natural strengths , also the winds, the high temperature, and the traditional ways to get water using water wells.

All this objective questions builds a solid character, forged under the fire of the dessert, where only survive who can adapt to it.

As we said we referenced in organisms which can survive, and we learn that their anatomy can give us some clues over our idea of a progressive and positive change, based on these ideas we start to research and experiment with this new adapted city.

So we focussed our ideas in several points like:

No identity

Social mismatches

Extreme weather

No fresh water against a lot of sea water

Winds

Tides of the Sea
