At the beginning an infrastucture, now a new way to create architecture to adapt, architecture to make easier the life of the people, this is the human scale of the project, created using parametric architecture program to get the control of the city.
Imagine a city where this new architectures have conquered the space, but this is not a problem, because it can apper and disappear, the sea tides and us can decide how to use the power of the water and the density of the sea water, creating an alive architecture, an alive show.
