By lifting the city up int the air one not only creates as new space in the air, but a different environment on the ground. What do you think the ground will be like and can you use it to advantage?

Well.. we are using undergroud as an environment for water systems for our city. As we are lifting up the "city oasis" maybe we could do also "ground oasis" that is leaft after elevation of the city.
