Diagramatic drawings showing utopian inspired city plans of Palmanova and Brasilia. The perspective drawings quick sketches of two different streets in Palmanova, however, there is a sameness to their architecture. This makes it difficult to determine where you are in the city and creates a lack in a sense of character. I have also included a diagram of a growing city and a sketch of a section that shows how variation can provide character and a better sense of identity.
